Imagine you (as an individual) or your team performing at 10X and producing 10X results in a couple of years from now. It is easily possible with continuous improvement.
A few years ago, I worked with a leader who understood the power of continuous improvement and inspired us in his team to improve constantly. His whiteboard had the words “improving > doing” to always remind himself and us in his team to strive to improve continuously.
I was thinking today what it would take for me and my team to perform at high capacity and produce 10x results. I did some math; it boils down to continuously improving and performing 10% better than the previous month for 24 months in a row to produce 10X results. I think this is practical and can be be accomplished with consistent and conscious effort to improve continuously.
